China market entry, handled on the ground.
Platform accounts, KOL campaigns and compliance for brands entering China. I’m based in Shenzhen — the registrations, the agency meetings and the paperwork all happen here, not in a research deck.

Services
What I do
Platform access & ad accounts
Registration, verification and ad account setup on Douyin, Xiaohongshu (RED), Bilibili, Toutiao, Kuaishou, WeChat Official Accounts and Tencent Ads.
KOL & influencer campaigns
Sourcing, vetting, contracting and content review through Pugongying (RED), Xingtu (Douyin), Weitao (Weibo/Bilibili) and Cilijuxing (Kuaishou).
China compliance & licensing
ICP filing, algorithm filing (CAC) and trademark registration through licensed Chinese agents. I coordinate the local entity, negotiate the agreements and prepare bilingual documentation.

Why local matters
Where remote help breaks down
A foreign company usually can’t self-register a Douyin or RED ad account. Verification needs a Chinese entity or a local partner, and when it fails you get a rejection code, not an explanation.
Influencer deals in China run through platform marketplaces. Pay a creator off-platform and the post gets pulled — often after you’ve paid.
Filings need an agent who can walk into the office. Someone reading translated guidelines from another timezone can’t chase a rejection through three counters.

Process
How it works
Free 30-min call
Your product, target audience, timeline. I’ll tell you which platforms make sense — and which don’t.
Scope and fixed quote
Written scope, fixed price, timeline. Within 48 hours.
Execution
Weekly update, one shared tracker, no status-meeting theatre.
Handover
Accounts and admin access in your name, bilingual documentation, an English operating manual your team can actually use.
Platforms
Built for the platforms your buyers actually use
Each one has its own rules, review process and ad system. Accounts are registered in your company name — not an agency shell.
Short video, e-commerce, local services and search in one app.
Where buyers research a product before they buy it.
CRM, service, content and payments — a business layer, not a social app.
Long-form review culture. Tech, gaming and education live here.
Lower-tier cities and live commerce. Reach Google can’t buy.
Public opinion and trending topics. Crisis and PR surface here.
Search. Its own ranking factors, its own content ecosystem.
Where high-intent buyers read long answers before shortlisting.
Not sure which platform fits your brand?
Send me your product and target audience. I’ll reply with where it makes sense, where it doesn’t, and what it would cost.
